Weekly Lesson Wednesday Thursday.📝

How to time a pump…

This newsletter got so real, I had to wait a day to send it, I needed to make sure you all read this, when playing in the arena we do, this is a must-know…

Alright look, there is a whole other side to this game than you think.

More often than you’d believe, when these stocks increase crazy in price, it isn’t from organic buying due to a major company advancement, it is quite literally the effect of a good marketing/awareness campaign that is taking place for the said stock.

It’s not far off of market manipulation but more so a planned effort to inflate a stock price based on promotion and awareness.

We call these marketing/awareness campaigns a “Promo”

Promo campaigns are run by various groups and people in exchange for cash or shares. These promo’s are done in various ways, through newsletters, websites, ad campaigns, influencers, social media, mailouts, and even some individuals called “stock promoters” can simply move a stock based on their loud mouths and industry connections.

I’ve seen it all, these people or groups will do anything to move stocks. I mean fucking anything.

I know things aren’t as they seem, maybe you’re not a good stock picker and that company you made a 10x on is still a piece of shit they just hired the right group to shill it to every poor sap on this side of the Pacific.

But, don’t be down in hopes, we like promo, because if you know how to time it, it can be a fucking killer way to make a dime, almost foolproof actually.

The Promo Game

A lot of these small caps deal with the struggle to get their name on the map, maybe they have a great story, or maybe they don’t, regardless people take companies public for a reason, and it’s not to take it to $0.

So these promo campaigns are almost essential to all small-cap/penny stocks to gain market awareness in hopes of generating new investors.

It is unlikely you will see any large to mega caps doing a stock promo campaign, it is only applicable to the small guys who struggle to generate investor demand and have yet to be put on the map.

$AAPL doesn’t need any more exposure and I don’t think there is a group in this world that could bring enough buying to put a dent in their daily trading volume. They may do a product marketing campaign for their new iPhone, but not a Stock Promo campaign there is a big difference.

The kind of promo we are going to cover today is almost exclusively for penny stocks and nano to small caps, and no these small caps aren’t looking to promote a product, they are promoting the stock, in hopes for more people to buy it.

Also, just because a company is going out on a marketing/promo campaign it doesn’t mean they are a shit company, it is their duty as a company to increase shareholder value and by all means necessary.

Trying to promote a shitty company may not work, if the company is so shit, it may not resonate and even fool the worst of us to hit an order on the stock.

For a successful promo campaign, a good narrative is key. But not in all cases, I have seen piles of dog shit get pumped 100x after a digital marketing campaign. Anything is possible.

You see promo isn’t a red flag, just be wary about it, learn to differentiate promo volume from organic volume so you don’t get caught married to a stock that is only performing based on marketing, you need fundamentals to back it.

At the end of the day, everyone needs promo. Stories don’t tell themselves, someone has to put it out there.

Now, how to time a Promo

As mentioned above, I constantly trade promos and make coin.

Well, how do you know when the promo is about to unleash and send the stock to new highs?

They have to fucking press release it. To the public.

However, since they are sometimes spending half of their cash balance on a digital marketing campaign, it can look bad, so they often try and hide it in news releases.

In a news release, you may see some new drill results or company advancements, but if you scroll to the bottom of the release they may have snuck in the announcement of a new marketing campaign in the bottom & how much they are spending on it.

Sneaky of them, but would you issue a news release solely about your company spending a bunch of cash on ads and newsletters? Probably not, so they make it as discreet as possible

For the sake of all companies and promoters who may read this, I won’t show an example. But look for yourselves, search up your favorite penny stock, and scroll through their last 10 releases you may find the announcement of a marketing campaign.

Now, I am constantly looking for these announcements, and searching for certain marketing groups that have proven themselves highly effective.

Once again I will not expose names of groups, do your own research, but dollar amount is a good place to start. If you see ticker $XYS announce a marketing campaign with ZYX Media for $500,000, likely that ZYX Media has proven itself before to be able to demand so much cash, so they probably know how to promo a stock and increase price. $500,000 is a lot to give to a noob.

Also, the marketing company now has $500,000 to fucking run this stock. If ZYX Media can bring 10 to 1 buying back to the stock based on his $500,000 marketing budget (that is deemed good ROI) that would be $5,000,000 and, $5,000,000 in buying would rock most penny stocks world, so you could make a pretty trade out of that.

How do you know when it starts? Well, sometimes they give you the campaign dates in the news release, if not as soon as you see the volume and trading activity pick up, it is a good indication the promo has started and that it is working, that is your indicator.

Learn to find good companies, with good narratives, announcing good marketing groups with big budgets, and it is unlikely the marketing campaign will make the stock drop.

Time over time I have caught the moves of these marketing campaigns and very rarely do you lose when you know the right marketing groups to look for.

Do your research, do some backtesting, and do some DD, you’ll find them & when you do, you’ll likely make a coin along the way.
