The Next Big Shift

In 1992 - the internet was invented. This is what we call Web 1.0. This was a revolutionary time for the whole world and fortunes were made by the believers, while some sat on the sidelines and doubted this; whining and complaining about how outlandish the idea of the internet was. Those are probably the same guys betting on their pension plan today counting down the days till they can retire from their 9-5.

Fast forward 15 years. 2007 - The iPhone gets released and sparks the Web 2.0 revolution; apps, mobile OS, and all the goodies; and the same thing happened, Trillion dollar corporations were made and fucking boatloads of billionaires were created. Of course, we still witnessed the same people waving their fists, cursing technology and fudding on it as I do to my ex Girlfriend after a dozen beers. You thought they would have learned from the last time.

Fast forward to today-  2023 (15 years later) - Web 3.0 is among us (AI). AI is impacting all of our lives as we know it. It is in virtually every aspect of our day-to-day lives. If you haven't caught on yet- This is the next grand opportunity - this is the next wave in the 15-year tech shift. Look around, every company has transitioned to AI, every application has implemented it. It is a frenzy. This doesn't mean go throw your money at every AI stock. There are tons of companies solely trying to reap the benefits of this movement. But right now there are unicorns to be found.

Currently, AI Stocks are outperforming the S&P 500 by almost 800%, they are keeping the market afloat right now. Tech giants like NVIDIA, Microsoft, Google, and AAPL are reaping all these benefits already - this is no secret. Smart money is piling into this: Bill Gates, Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos. Well, there is a reason they are rich and you are sitting on your ass reading this. They can smell opportunities like your wife smelling a stripper's scent on your t-shirt. This is the next tech wave, possibly the most lucrative window for the investment we have had in our lives to date.

You may be sitting here reading this thinking how stupid I sound; “ friken kids and their stupid AI’s and technology” Well - people said the same thing about the first computer, then the iPhone and now look where those industries are today. Well, it is a sad thought to think we probably could have been retired by now if we knew what the fuck was going on during the Web 1.0 & 2.0 revolution, but not to be worried; I truly believe today we have an even grander opportunity to invest right in front of our eyes… The Web 3.0 shift.

Now, this isn't an investment pitch - go do your own dd, these are just my thoughts. There are tons of shit companies piling to AI to make a quick buck, so be aware. It’s an AI frenzy. But there are unicorns out there. Somewhere in the abyss, there will be 1000x companies, just like there is in every 15-year tech shift. So go around and scratch everyone's head till you find a little horn. Personally, I am not one to miss out on this. I am about as pissed as you to watch all those hokey Web 2.0 companies fly to absurd valuations while I sit on my Gold company that just bought a lithium asset.

Thank you for reading and hopefully I opened up your eyes a bit on the potential opportunity that lay in front of us. Put down your cane, hop out of your lazy boy, and put your exhaust-leaking 2002 F-150 in park and be an optimist for once. The AI revolution is here and there are pennies to be pocketed.
